Our Placement Division is hard at work even before you begin your academic session. We have adopted a double-pronged approach to ensure that you qualify for the best jobs available in the industry.

The Placement coordinators visit all our partnering companies  to understand their traineeship requirements. This, along with estimates of additional job vacancies in the industry, determines the number of students that we select for each programme. Hence you can be assured that, once you are selected for a particular programme in our College, you definitely stand a good chance of finding gainful employment in that field.

The second step towards your placement is the Traineeship Programme. This forms the cornerstone to your future career in the industry. You will get to work with one of our partnering organizations while you are still studying at the College. We have observed that those who are dedicated workers and perform well during their Traineeship, usually get multiple job offers even before the end of their programme. This is because by the time you complete your programme, you are not merely academically qualified but also an experienced professional.

As a WLCI student, you are entitled to the services of our Placement Cell. It paves the way for excellent career opportunities, best suited to your individual skills and career interests.
Our College has built an extensive network with the Industry  and a large Placement Division to assist students with their traineeships and final placements. We have established placement cells in each WLCI campus. They shall assist you in finding an appropriate traineeship, leading to a final placement in the industry. This is subject to satisfactory performance during the traineeship and successful completion of your programme.

The Placement Cell regularly organizes seminars, pre-placement talks and campus interviews apart from a variety of student-industry interactions. You are provided with innumerable career opportunities in various fields. You are also provided individual counselling for better career planning.
