Over a decade of continued excellence in the field of vocational education, WLC College has evolved as one of the largest private sector organization in its field. WLCI has a nationwide presence through an extensive network of 20 campuses and 21 offices.

To enhance the students learning experience, it has developed state of the art systems and processes. Many of these have been path-breaking ideas which have been successfully implemented and have revolutionized the way education is imparted in India.

One of these initiatives is called the Traineeship program. This program requires the student to work as a part-time employee in one of the top companies in the country. This work while you study program has been extremely successful, as it provides an opportunity to experiment with the learned concepts in real life action. WLCI has been able to create a meaningful relationship with quite a few reputed companies in India who not only provide these learning opportunities to students but also place them within their organizations, after completion of the academic curriculum. As a part of the curriculum WLCI has implemented an extensive life skills and ethics program.

The alumni of the college have named these initiatives as one of the key reasons for their success in their professional lives.

WLCI also prides itself in having implemented a unique Academic Information System. This system, in real time, tracks the efficacy of the knowledge delivery across the country for each program, for each semester, for each student and for each faulty. Analysis of this information provides a very handy tool to observe the trends of delivery and opportunity to take corrective action instantaneously.
