The results from the assessment would be empirically documented and a customized development or enhancement plan would be offered.
This system will be responsible for acting on the content and the outcomes defined by the Assessment System and converting these into competencies for the candidates / students at different levels in all the above dimensions.
Coaching Structure
This will be a fundamental change in the organization structure and method of communication within the organization. It will essentially involve providing each team with a captain and a coach and restructuring the organization such that mentoring and coaching is provided to each employee and student within the organization. The system would also ensure that planning and execution are dealt with the vigour they deserve.
Planning Support
The coaching structure would be integral part of the planning support systems. The coaches will assist in developing, implementing and monitoring the plans through a coaching perspective rather than command and control.
Life In Action Support
All students and employees will have access to career/life planning and continuous life in action support at each stage of their education / employment. This would provide them an opportunity to deal with the ups and downs of life
