Captain, Coach

The intention here is to separate the planning and execution functions – new teams will be structured much in the same way as the modern cricket team with a captain, a coach and a set of players.
The introduction of the coach who is a non-playing member of the team will help the team stay focused on their plans and targeted outcomes – thus achieving breakthrough organization effectiveness.
The task of the coach will be to keep the team on track for achieving targets , supply work methodology inputs , continuously mentor and coach all team members. The teams will be organized by a network of coaches , thus moving away from the current hierarchical organization structure, into a more friendly open and productive work environment.
