Programmes for Graduate Students - Visual Communication
These multidisciplinary programmes lay a strong emphasis on Advertising, Visualizations and Design Techniques. It attracts Arts Graduates and mid-career professionals from different design disciplines. Students are encouraged to develop an understanding of the visual media. The programmes offer a comprehensive and structured approach to Visual Communication.
The curriculum include practical and theoretical modules, which include research, communication and theories of design practices. Students choose subject-specific projects in which their creative work is supported by detailed research and critical reflection. They are required to submit a written dissertation and make a presentation of their project.
The courses prepare students in the processes used by the industry to transmit ideas and concepts through visualization. It also encourages experimentation in the area of Visual Communication. Students learn Concept Development, Advertising Strategies for effective communication. Our tutors provide students with personalized guidance, workshops, and interactive sessions to help nurture their skills and adopt a proactive approach to learning professional design practices.
Each Level carries a weightage of 30 credits that a student needs to earn to qualify for the next Level.
